How Do I Place an Order?

Ordering is easy. Simply click the "Add to Cart" icon next to the item you want. Enter the quantity desired. If you qualify for a quantity discount, it will be calculated automatically for you. Don't forget to enter color selection and size selection, where applicable. When you are ready to place an order for all the items in the shopping cart, click the "Checkout" icon. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

How Will My Order be Shipped?

All orders are shipped via UPS. Standard shipping is via UPS ground. Depending on your location, your order will be shipped out of our warehouse in Mt. Prospect, IL or Reno, NV. Most customers will receive their order in three business days or less from the date it is shipped. I ran Out of Something, Can You Overnight an Order to Me?

Yes. We are happy to overnight a package. We will even break cases and send partial orders Next Day Air to help our customers save on shipping costs. Please call us at 800-262-6355 if you needs something overnighted.

How Are Shipping Charges Calculated?

Shipping rates are based upon the UPS ground commercial rate schedule. They depend upon the weight of the packages as well as the distance from our nearest warehouse.
