We Shipped the Wrong Item
If you received an item that you didn't order, all you need to do is call us at 800-262-6355. We will send UPS to pick up the merchandise that was mistakenly sent. We will also immediately ship the correct merchandise. If you no longer wish to receive the merchandise you ordered, we will immediately issue you a refund on your credit card or, if you paid by check, mail you a refund.
The Merchandise is Defective or in Any Way Unsatisfactory
